How do you keep your self motivated. Everyday 3.30 pm I get lazy

, Don't want to keep downing startbucks , how do you keep your self going ?

I used to have that problem more often then now. I would do a combination of things.

1. Nap.
2. 5 Hour Energy.
3. Run on Treadmill.

Any of those would typically solve it.

Indeed the redbull works or as a cpl of people have said, take a nap, relax & enjoy an hour... thats a siesta mrjoint ;)

oh and make sure that you have enough sleep to avoid being sleepy head.
