                                          The QNap seems to run extremely well.
                                          We have the rackmount 8 bay rackmount version and have never had a problem.

                                          Remember to buy a UPS with the system though, APC has some great ones.

                                                  i love it, only took 5 mins to setup, apart from screwing the 8 drives into each of the plates.

                                                  no problems yet.

If you do 3d animation and use software like Softimage or Maya, you could easily abuse 32 cores if they existed. Too much is never enough.
