This is actually true, there's a whole lot of "former" Wall Street "people" in the White house.

Good point, Jay. Normally, it's the other way around--criminal case goes first since it uses a higher standard of proof (beyond a reasonable doubt) versus civil cases (preponderance of the evidence). The civil laywers just recycle the evidence found during criminal proceedings. Cheaper to do it this way.

I guess the timing might be political. Not sure.
