Stealing content sure is not good. People can take pictures from FHGs and use those pictures to link to FHGs, that's fine. If they take a photo and use it for purposes other than promoting the correct site, than it's not good. Stealing long 15-minute videos from a paid member's area of the site (not just 2 minute previews) is even worse. Lots of tube sites out there steal long quality videos that are only available in the paysite member's area if the user pays $30 or whatever amount to get inside. They could leave some words on the video which is the correct paysite name to get the sale, like "Kinky GFs."

No, I don't know any contact information for KinkyGFs.com. Just to steal photos or videos is one thing. To steal photos and videos and to put a completely different site logo on them is even worse. Of course, the content has to be used only by a person authorized to use the content. That is the way I think it is.

Now having said that, some TGPs out there are using photos from FHGs which link to the FHGs. However, they don't send 100% of the traffic from the photos to the FHGs. Sometimes they skim 50% or some other percentage of clicked traffic to go to the FHG from the photo. This is an acceptable thing. Some traffic goes to the FHG and some traffic goes to traffic trades from the content photo. However, to link the photo to a completely different site (with 100% traffic going to that site) is completely wrong. A photoshop of cum on her face is even more wrong.

The DMCA is a document which probably has some powers in court. Probably it is the document that proves that the models are 18+ and it proves who owns the content. Maybe it can also be used for tax purposes and perhaps you have to get some kind of licenses to do certain porn. In some areas, you have to get a stripper license to act like a stripper. A bunch of Dolls were commissioned for side work by Jim for legal content in his sites. They were all paid and signed his releases. They new it was ex girlfriend content. How am I being deceitful?
