I was surfing gfy today and I see so many people daily that post here that I have no fucking idea what you do or what you offer to this business.

So I ask this, what do you offer to the online adult business? I know I?m here for networking and potential new clients, while offering a great design service. What do you do and why are you here? Do you sell content, design services, programming, hosting, a cash program?

To keep it simple what do you do and why are you here daily?

Sell traffic for Eros.
Buy traffic for Eros.
Manage business development for Eros.

I surf GFY to:
Find new sites to promote, sell traffic, and/or buy traffic.
Investigate new technology.
Generate new business ideas.
Find new people that I want to communicate with.
Keep up with new sites and other promos.

Even though there is some shit to wade through here, there are gems to be found that make it worth spending 20 minutes of my day surfing. You can tell by my post count that I don't actually find things worth participating very often.

I started as an affiliate with reality porn type sites in 2002 and quit adult in 2006 and sold everything off and went mainstream with domain sales. Came back in 2010 as an affiliate with 1 cam site, 1 tgp and 1 cialis, levitra, viagra site and thinking of a dating site next. I can do domain sales, web development, web hosting, SEO, SEM, social marketing, domain marketing, affiliate marketing etc... but I use most of those skills for my own projects and turn my best domains into developed sites. The only thing I could offer someone reading this board would be advice on the affiliate programs I have used or teaming their business up with a great domain from my current inventory which spans quite a few business categories however most of my inventory is non adult with only a few adult domains left that I have not put to use yet.

I came here originally to get some input on my adult 3d animation project(which has now turned into a graphic novel -- maybe). I still have yet to actually start my adult business, because my medical animation business is thriving like a motherfucker, so I chip away at it here and there when I'm not paying my bills.

Something tells me I need to shut my mainstream clients out and dive headfirst into my passion project, but its tough when you're making money. Anyway, for now I come here for the fun posters and heated bullshit discussions.
