    What push cart business would you start in front of a DMV in a mall?

    Theres a DMV in a mall near me and theres one of those big carts thats available for rent RIGHT in front of it.

    I just think there's a business there. Hundreds (or thousands) of people a day waiting in long lines. Theyre a captive audience.
    what would you sell them?

                                                          Give them something free in trade for contact details. Then you can contact them later with various offers and sell them whatever on the spot. Could be a small gift, coupon, tips to skip the dmv next time, lots of stuff...

                                                          Sell them services for a cell phone charger station, batteries, wifi access, healthy snacks, tip books, wellness products, diapers-wipes, female goods, and water. Really anything used in peoples daily lives now.
