Here's my advice...go to the few real tgps that are still standing and are done by a human being. Mine, worldsex, shemp, greenguy, hun, a couple of others and see what is being promoted. That's always a good way. You'll have to sort out in your own opinion though as to what links you see that are pre-paid and which are honestly what the webmaster finds is making him money. I don't do any pre-paid stuff on my tgps anymore. So you can see quite quickly what is working for me on my different sites.
Back in the day when we were all the traffic kings of the world that's what we all did to figure out what was hot. We simply checked each other's shit out. And that will still work today as long as you are looking at a real tgp that is quality and not some cookie cutter script site.-Robbie

I'd agree with Robbie. When I first got into this business that's what I did. I just visited the big sites and looked at what the owner was promoting and used that as a starting point.
Also, as an adult webmaster your tastes and your eye are probably not even close to being in line with what surfers want anymore. Make sure to sell people what THEY want, not what you want to sell them. I have to remind myself of that all the time. Read fan forums, tube comments, etc. Read user comments on review sites, stuff like that.
