same here, i'm in Toronto and its not too bad but weather sucks... i think it's a good time to buy in states now as housing is at lows... been browsing through, can pick up a nice condo around 200k, anyone lives there who can give more details?

while the condo market here is very soft MB is still higher then a lot of areas in sfla i would think

The condo market is VERY soft right now, but I would look at the area north of South Beach itself for the best deals... Still on the beach, but out of the actual South Beach zone....

Ha ha i was checking this out just yesterday there are some great deals to be had Florida at the minute. I was checking out this site www.rightmove.co.uk you can pick up some nice places for $200k which is great when you look at what you get for that kind of money here in the UK.

Obviously if you look at the site look at the overseas section as it is a UK site.
