1. how does ccbill know NOT to send a check? - what does the affiliate have to do?
2. how do you get the amounts or how do site owners get the amounts owed out of ccbill to you?

Sorry let me clarify, we offer a service that sends affiliate payments out on behalf of programs.

We have created a process where there is a free/automatic way to load money into a webmasterhchecks-ccbill account from a normal ccbill account (through a ccbill split)

Then we need to get the affiliates epass/ach payout information on a weekly basis from the program owner to send those payments out. Our developer is working on a way to make this process smoother and more automatic as we speak.

But we have a number of clients that send us part of their ccbill payment to send out as epass/direct deposit and when the app store came out, we thought this would be a good opportunity to release it publically.

Hopefully within a month or so, this entire process is nearly seamless

1. You can split the affiliate payment to our ccbill account, therefore it never gets sent out of the affiliate account as a check

Is this on a per affiliate basis... or for the whole account?

Basically can I pay 1/2 my affiliates with epass with you.. and still use ccbill for the other half?

The most common way is for an affiliate to signup for your ccbill account as a normal affiliate would (and be setup to receive a check).

Then you send a ccbill split form into ccbill to split the affiliates funds into our ccbill account (so then we receive the affiliates money automatically each week).

Each week, you run a ccbill report on what affiliates had their funds split into our account and submit it to us through our secure admin, load your payment sending fees (typically $3/per) and we send the epass/ach payments out.

There is some manual work involved here with this and once we have a way to get better info on what affiliates are sending funds into our account, we can make part 2 nearly automatic.
