Old domains, that they are out of sandbox, natural linking during the years, didn't bother to check for yahoo or dmoz, than xrummer fired up, so those sites are flying under the radar of google, and i know a couple of people from gfy using the same methods, just for smaller keywords and that's why it was flying unnoticed, the guy just fucked all big companies who payed a shitload of money for linkbuiliding with just few k for all the shit he did.. at least give him a credit for that... anyways it's going to need a quite a few complaiments to get him off those positions.. that's just my 2 cents..

He's got quite a few, I counted at least 46 domains, most of them registered a short time ago, all sites look pretty much the same, just different mayor niches, add a few pharmacy and male enhancement sites as well.
