GTBILL owes me money

My website was dropped by GTBILL on January 13th of this year. At the time I had just over $2000 sitting there to be paid out. All calls and emails to GTBILL have gone unanswered and the receptionist always tells me that "Dominic" is not available.

I was told my website was one of 15 websites named in a complaint by VISA EUROPE in July 2007. GTBILL was not my credit card processor in July 2007, IPayment was. At any rate, the violations listed in the complaint were:
1- Depiction of Bestiality
2- Depiction of rape and violence (or any other non-consensual sexual activity)
3- Depiction of non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part

My website has no beasts, no mutilations, however it does feature sexfighting by models who sign a release beforehand. It is not rape and rarely violent. I'm not sure why my website was dropped, quite frankly, but I'd still like to somehow get the money I'm owed.

Anyone have any suggestions?
