    I just told the Census Taker to go Fuck Himself!

    I just told the Census taker to go fuck himself. I think I've been in one location too long and I hate having people invade my space like that. I thought door to door shit was long past us.

    Am I legally obligated to tell this guy shit. I told him to come back with the cops and an arrest warrant if he wants inside my place. Seriously, I piss on a few trees and I don't like people coming in that area. If you want me, call, email, etc. unless you're a piece of ass, close friend or someone special, just saying...

    Opinions on this. This is Los Angeles Central by the way!

      The only thing you're legally required to answer is number of people in the house with their SSNs and age... that's it...

      The race shit they've tacked on is BS, I left mine blank.

      The real BS is when they start knocking / calling, asking about grocery expenditures... WTF?

                  Think of it this way, remove all statistics from your sites, including sales stats and everything and just have a link, and a check every week or 2 and see how easy it is to maintain your sites.

                  Without statistics nobody knows what the fucks going on.

                                  The census is important for areas to get federal funding.

                                  If you don't fill it out, they don't know you exist. And if your area can't get the needed funding for roads, education, etc... then it is your state and property taxes that go up.

Some of the questions seem a bit overly nosey and you are legally obliged to answer everything truthfully except the one about religion.

                                                                                                                  In the 2001 census about 400,000 people gave their religion as Jedi after someone came up with the idea as a joke. That was pre-Facebook and constant group joining twattery for people who are desperate to feel included in something so god knows what will happen for the 2011 one.

They were not government workers before, and in a few months they will no longer be government workers again. Their only agenda is to get paid for doing a job - much like a mailman or a landscaper.

                                                                                                                                                  I know this for a fact, as I myself have applied for this position, for extra income. Didn't get the job, but as an applicant you are asked if you do, or have, worked for the government before, as that background actually disqualifies you from the position, which is temporary to begin with.

                                                                                                                                                  You are not allowed to report ANYTHING you see in a household either - drugs, hookers, guns...NOTHING! This is NOT Big Brother by any stretch.

I know most losers need jobs and I'm glad they are there so they are not robbing my house.                                                                                                                                                                                           You can definitely ask for the census workers ID of course, and even call your local census office to confirm the info, but in the end I just want to say, not EVERYTHING is a conspiracy...

                                                                                                                                                                                              The huge difference is that this asshole is knocking on my door. I know where my banks are located and when something looks weird and is traced back there I can easily locate the fraud. I go to them; they don't come to me requesting.

They are told to NEVER enter someones house.
