Here's our little VW Golf GTI . Not a lot to look at (although the Corrado rims are pretty and it's slammed, but that's for performance) , but we spent the money under the hood where it counts as opposed to outside. It's much more fun being in a plain car that can smoke the doors off of well... a lot of cars... than to be in a riced up car that WOULD be fast if decals and wings=horsepower. Not dissing those of you who do up your cars for looks, but personally my choice is performance over llooks.

What price range are cribs like that out in Colorado?

Housing out here is insane, prices are finally dropping though. The houses in the background are over 700k. We have crap houses going for 180k. Boulder is the worst with 50 year old houses, nothing special with about 1,300 sqaure feet for over 400k. When the market was good housing was selling left and right but now you have to take the price you think your house is worth and minus at least 25k to even have a chance of selling it.
