is anyone having a problem with protraffic not paying out?
sent a withdrawl request on the 6th of march.
i waited til the 12th to ask mclroy (works there) on icq what was going on and he told me they have up to 10 days to pay me, so i waited til the 16th.
on the 16th i asked him where my money was and he told me there was an issue with stats and some time next week they would let me know when things were okay and i would get paid. I told him i was about to post in the forums about this and he quickly changed the story to, no my money wasnt being held it just hadn't been 10 business days yet and that wouldn't be until the 19th. i said fine, but what will be your excuss on the 19th? he didnt answer
now it is the 19th and i asked him what the excuss is now and he is saying the stats are off.
so i am wondering if anyone else is having a problem with protraffic paying them, because i certainly am

Yep stats issue. Support Is saying they are meeting someone to help fix the prob asap bcuz alot of numbers were lost during the upgrade even thought they tried vigorously to migrate all stats. My stats are short several referrals and dollars too.

There is big issue with old statistics after the upgrade. We are working on the issue, the payments will be made as soon as it gets fixed and we find out the problem. The delay is also taking place cause our head programmer is out of town due to health reasons of his family. I am making sure this get resolved as quick as possible.

The payouts will be made maximum by the end of this month. We hoped to resolve the issue much faster but that family problem created lot of additional problems.

We hope you understand the situation. The issue with the statistics is very serious so we dont want to make payouts before the situation is cleared out. I can also assure you that right now the site is working normally after the upgrade crash.

well a month after the upgrade and still not have the correct info is not right. it seems that as long as they are making money thats all that matters and they dont seem to be in any rush to help the publiblishers, actual people who are making them their money. maybe all publishers should pull ads so they stop making money, this might get them to work faster in fixing these issue
