Estate tax? Still Goin?
Hi my mom died recently, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the estate tax? I read in some places that its out in 2010, and some places that its not out... then some places that its out in 2010 but when they reinstate it it will be retroactive.
So I was wondering if anyone has worked with this. What a dumb tax. Thanks alot MIke |

Sorry to hear about your Mom, but Estate taxes only effect those with multi-million dollar estates and if that's the case asking on GFY isn't the thing to do...

but also there's no estate tax for 2010, Obama did let it expire.
