The only he wanted is a total control and unlimited power and he's got it. Kadyrov rules in Chechnya getting billions of dollars from Moscow. One Chechen taxi driver in Moscow told me that, Federal soldiers were "angels" against Kadyrov's army what kill, and burn anything their leader point to.

Nobody can't even sneeze in Chechnya without permission of Kadyrov's who is a single Tsar and God there.

So why the fuck Putin "needs another reason to erase the Czecna nation by millitary offense to kill civilians"? Tell me at least one reason for that, you butt-head moron who even unable to spell "Chechnya" properly.

BTW, Moscow already spent billions $$$ to restore Grozny after the war. May be you have some spare buck for another military operation? Chechnya is not Iraq or Afghanistan, because Chechnya is a PART of Russia.
