as for merchant, i just wanted someone who could point me in the right direction for a billing 100% similar to that.

If you can get the merchant account, we can handle all of the processing, fraud scrubbing and call center 24/7 for you. Banks are shying away from this type of continuity business.

We have a good solution for this type of business, but you will need to be compliant, (and stay compliant), with the new guidelines, and we are not going to process mastercard, it wlll be VISA only. It's an EU bank so you will need an EU corp.
