They never stated anything about this. Like a professional company had done. I mean, most times not seen in the adult side.
Dear affiliate,
We have been slammed by crooked affiliates, please bear with me that we have
no...intentions to.....use this as a scarecrow but we have to protect our brand
Their letter was almost 1/10 as good as my 2.minute try.
Obnoxious. Stop being fucking lazy and go directly after the affiliates violating this policy instead of hitting all your affiliates with this type of email.
There was another annoying email sent recently from them that seemed like a personal attack as well but turned out to be a general email to all affiliates. Strike two, you're out.
Ok let?s put it this way for example:
If I own na.de or any other na. from another country and Naughty America have no trade mark in that country they are out of their jurisdiction unless they have a worldwide trademark. Just my
And no I don't promote Naughty America or have any domains even close to their trade mark issue

lol I own a domain which has the name and also a logo of a travel agency(one of the biggest ones) and I won the domain case, so this NA bullshit isn't even worth to read.
I had a bad experience with them. My revshare account was suspended without notice for what I later find out was due to having too good a ratios which they claimed were "completely and utterly impossible" to achieve and thus they assumed I must be doing something suspicious.
After finding this out, I tried to explain it was because I was linking directly to the join page for much of my traffic and as soon as I started doing this apparently NATS did not count those hits or severely undercounted them causing the high ratios. Not saying it was NATS fault as I may have linked to the page improperly even though sales were being recorded.
After telling them this my emails were no longer replied to. I mean if they did not want me to link directly to the join page fine, I would have just changed my links, but the way this was handled was horrible. Anyway, just wanted to vent as although this happened awhile ago I am always reminded of my experience whenever I see Naughty America mentioned.
They don't have a case. The term is just too common. I know, because they once tried it on my and lost the arbitration.
lol i think i remember that, didnt they try and say you were stealing their brand because you had "hot mom" in your domain? what a bunch of cock suckers. how much money did that end up costing you to defend yourself though?
edit: post any court documents you have with you winning, im sure anyone who has a domain they try and take can use them for their benefit.
the funny thing about this whole mess is that they are fucking the affiliates saying they are stealing their brand that they built so much but they wouldnt have shit if it wasnt for affiliates. guys like lenny and drinking hard and many many more have spent millions of dollars promoting them building their name. if they did all of this inhouse not only would they not have as many sites but no one would know about them.

I paid $3k to the lawyer, but I think I would have won even without him, but who knows...
Its on top of google for "arbitration hotmomnextdoor".
Must suck for their affiliates. If you run an affiliate program, you should let your affiliates properly promote you. As long as the domains are not used to give naughtyamerica a bad reputation and as long as they are used to promote NA legitimately, I don't see any harm done by typo domains.

i got the naughtyamerica.mobi domain that i picked up that was first registered back in 2005 by some one else ( they missed out and got pissed off )
and i only use it to send mobile traffic to them
not to othe companies or made my own porn site or send traffic to sick shit
i signed up back in 2003 with socalcash and the t&c never said anything about doman names
i googled naughty america and there a lot of "naughtyamerica" domains that are useed to send traffic to them for years
Protect your brand = People hammer you
Protect your content = People hammer you
Have a min payout so you have time to search for fraud = People hammer you
You don't use message boards as your support = People hammer you
If you do anything out side the herd = People hammer you
Lets see who's still standing in 2 or 3 years. It's not going to be the ones who have done the hammering. You can count on that.
I contacted them too and never heard back after the original reply. I don't have a problem with transferring my two domains to them, but they never told me how to proceed.
Legal action will not be taken against cybersquatters and
typosquatters who transfer their infringing domain names to Naughty
America on or before April 2, 2010.
It is already April 3, 2010. Time to take legal action.
"Now, O body, you are paying the price of the delights you granted yourself!...and you did it of your own free will I saw several souls fall into Hell, and among them was a child of fifteen, cursing her parents for not having taught her to fear God nor that there was a Hell. Her life had been a short one, she said, but full of sin, for she had given in to all that her body and passions demanded in the way of satisfaction"
