Bottom line is this: The government is forcing you to purchase something from a private company. I don't care what the product is or who you are buying it from...this should never happen.

Sound like you are giving justification for the "government option" health plan. They could justify it like we pay for social security.

No... they aren't forcing you... you are more than welcome to pay the tax penalty for not carrying insurance instead.
