He doesn't need anything now.
However, lots of people on here liked him, myself included. When people pass, we as humans often feel helpless and want to do something. Since there is nothing we can do, we send flowers, take food, make a donation, etc. It's our way of paying tribute and letting loved ones know that we share in their grieving.
If you don't want to contribute, then don't.
As to coming off like a baller, I guess that is a matter of interpretation, but I never took a single post of his like that.

never saw him try to suggest he was a baller, only that he had been at this a long time - i assumed since he was intelligent and a hard worker when his health permitted that he supported himself.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!Comment

Wasn't he the recipient of ALOT of public assistance already?
Isn't his wife left with his online business?
Please correct me if I am wrong about these things.Comment

Julia is probably one of the most real, sincere, and humblest person I've ever known, and I loved seeing how happy they made each other. She's been through a lot with his illness and there is no reason why she has to face this alone.

She really loved David and never let his special needs get in the way of enjoying every moment she had with him. I am inspired by her strength and ability to go with the flow of things so easily. Life is one thing when the one you love and are married to is dealing with a major illness, but a whole new ballgame when that someone is also in a wheelchair.
I also know what it feels like to love of your life before turning 30 and suddenly feel so alone, even when you're surrounded by people. One of the worst feelings in the world.
Wow FB! Friggen AWESOME idea Trev!!!! Putting it on my to-do list tomorrow!!!!Last edited by JenniDahling; 03-21-2010, 12:22 AM.Comment
