I just wanted to clear up some of the confusion that seems to be here on the board.

At the beginning of January, KMan started a pre-emptive thread accusing me of being a 'carder', because I had just threatened to start a thread about him for being a non-paying sponsor.

In his thread, KMan clearly stated that all of my 60 signups I had sent him had female names and similar logins. As Judge Judy says, 'That doesn't have the ring of truth!'. Of course KMan was never able to back up any such claims. As it became apparent to all that KMan was talking out of his ass, his chest thumping, board buddies chimed in doing everything they could to try to distract and misdirect everyone that was reading from the truth.

Ever since this drama has been unfolding, numerous other victims of KMan have come forward, contacting me telling of their experiences with this crook. Here are just a few of the threads that come up when you do a search for KMan on here..

I know that I have gotten my share of black eyes on this board and I have given my share as well. Last year BUDJUF started a thread on here about me owing him money, when it was his own fault that I could not return the funds back to him. He jumped the gun and contacted Epassporte getting my account suspended preventing me from returning the money to him. I wound up paying him in full with another payment method and that was the end of it.

I just wanted to set the record straight. I know it can be confusing trying to wade through the long threads that have been dedicated to this recent drama. No matter what slight of hand the haters use to mislead you, keep in mind that KMan made false accusations of me sending fake signups and he ripped me off for $2400.

KMan even said that he would refund all 60 of the signups I sent him that he has decided not to pay me for. To this day he has not done so and did you guys really expect him to do so? This guys is a total scumbag.

KMan is now pushing his new 'teen' site promising all kinds of shady shit, including a lesbian sex scene with the Olson Twins, which is pure bullshit, as are most all the promises on all his tours. The surfers don't realize this though before it's too late. They are in for one of the most brutal ass fuckings the surfer will see from any adult site. The poor surfer pays $2 for a trial and BOOM they get charged $39.95 + $39.91 + $39.91 = $119.77, and that's just the very beginning of their 'recurring' nightmare. Of course, webmasters don't even see any of that money even if you are revshare. That just goes in KMan's pocket. Also, take a guess how much KMan pays for his content. I believe KMan himself says it best in his tour where he says 'Act Now! Before we get caught.'

He's fucking surfers, he's fucking webmasters, he's fucking trannies. Hell, he's fucking everyone! Do not do business with this slippery, shady fuck. There are so many great sponsors out there there. There is absolutely no reason to take a gamble with KMan and RehabDollars.

There is no way on this earth you got those numbers with comment traffic and nobody knows that more than me.

I was not aware of them at the time. It was pointed out by someone else in my main thread.

I don't know if you carded or not, can't imagine why a sponsor would cut a legit webmaster bringing him money (as you said: 60 signups x $110 would bring him $6600 a month). All that I know is that you always seems surrounded by drama and how everybody is attacking you and how the world hates you when you're 100% standup and top notch.

My experience with you was buying traffic from you. You promised x amount per day and delivered around 40% of it. Some people posted about this situation and me, being the idiot I am, sorta backed you up saying you delivered way slower than promised but delivered anyway. 2 or 3 days later you started sending no more than 10/15 hits a day. You promised to get other traffic sources and yadda yadda until at some point I gave up and consider it a lesson learned.

Anyway, I'm not defending Kman (or attacking him), my personal experience with him is just a regular business experience where he paid me as expected. You, on the other hand, aren't in a position to point fingers to anyone. And sorry, you may have bad luck or whatever, but I really don't buy it that it's just a coincidence drama and bad business experiences follows you.

Let's say you're saying that without any proof and you really don't know it and let this "small question" rest aside.

So, my next question would be: why didn't you sue him for the monies owed, libel, harming your reputation, etc etc etc? AFAIK, assuming you're 100% legit on this, any lawyer would take this without hesitation and win the case in a blink. Despite what many people thinks, KMan doesn't need to show any proof in this board. But he'd have to show it in a court. So.... what are you waiting to sue him? You'd make a lot more money than those 60 signups and you'd hurt Kman's reputation more than with your sig.

and btw, what's the rationale behind Kman cutting a webmaster that would bring him $6000 a month every month? I mean, in just 10 months he'd be making $60000 a month out of your legit signups, so please explain me why he'd resign the possibility of 60k a month that would cost him $2400? No matter how I look at it, it doesn't make any sense at all
