Have you tried the Live Help Chat on their site? I've always gotten immediate answers from their, and their help seems to have knowledge of how every thing works there, so it's not like talking to some flunky customer service rep.

I would love to get the ticket id on the email for which you are waiting on reply. Some emails are filtered away by spam filters, thats why there are phone and live chat support.

There's no ticket .. I'm not registered customer and I've saw the email in your sig .. what's the point of the email in your sig if they go in the spam box .. also like I said I've sent you ICQ msg
