Broadband still slow to take off in the US.
Was cruising CNN when I came across this article.
I thought broadband was more common in the US... Interesting reading anyway: Link to CNN. :-) |

I suppose they are talking in the the percentage of people that are using broadband compared to the amount of people that live in the US. If you worked the comparison out the median, mean & mode would work out different stats.
