However, I have learned to keep hours and make time for myself. So I will take weekends off, and even make some time during the week for myself to just veg out, go to the casino, or spend time with friends and family.

Since December or so I've been working 7 days a week, an average of 14 hours a day. But that's only because I've got seven projects hitting more-or-less this month so I knew I'd have to crank it to reach that deadline.
Usually it's more like 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week. I always take off 1 full day a week, just to re-charge. Burnout is HUGE in this business - or any biz where you spend hours in front of a monitor - so you must replenish your energies, both physical and emotional. But when I say 'take off' (eh?)
