Payed content is bad quality anyway, its best to use content recorded from TV (with subtitles) and taken from video tapes. Sometimes its censored (licensed content bought from big content provider on web would never be censored) but its ok because censoring is very light.

Fuck payed content anyway it's mostly bad quality amateur crap. Thats why I ask for "stolen content" only. That word has gotten a bad rep it's really not so bad.

If you didn't have to pay for content like me and get it from TV with subtitles and file sharing programs then you wouldn't so take your judgements and

I'm serious though if anyone wants to trade content then email me.

I dont want to exchange payed content though because once my domain is on a license then tons more webmasters will know that my site exists.

Its easy to tell stolen content so dont try to trade payed shit with me.

If it has censoring or subtitles or fuzzyness/flickers (like it comes from a video) then it's stolen. If you cant show a license or refuse to then it's stolen. Who wouldn't show a license to clear their name?

But anyway it doesn't matter because I only trade with unlicensed content users. Every single movie in my archive comes from a trade and I didn't pay a cent so I ONLY use non licensed content because its much better quality.

Anyone serious about a trade then email me.

Morons in the video biz, they don't understand that webmasters are smart and go to school on stuff like this. It's a great formula, the BOB formula works. The only way to stop them is to step on their throats and not let them up, go for the whole thing in court, resist the temptation to take the easy $250,000 settlement and go for a damage award that will bankrupt them. If you totaled up the number of infringements on some of these sites, multiplied by an average damage award for ONE infringement, it would be staggering what the total award would be. Easily 50 million in the worst cases.

nope, i've never heard any rumors about how much the settlement Perfect 10 got. I think it had to be pretty big cuz that case was going real bad for them.

I'd like to read about that case, i guess AVN or YNOTNews would have it in their archives. Wonder if their archives are searchable.

I do remember in that case the judge saying that an AVS because it stands to profit as much as the webmaster who published the illegal images were liable and that an AVS has a responsibility to police their system. But since the trial didn't conclude i don't know if any of her statements mean anything to the next judge who hears a similar case.
