It's nothing new and probably nothing to panic over. Looks like it's just another way of cleaning up all the sites that play in the gray area.
My concern is more what the reviewers at the processing companies are going to do. Will they not understand the rules and start declining valid sites based on their misinterpretation of the rule.
Intoxication doesn't mean the girl can't have a drink. and Peek a boo doesn't mean all Voyeur content is bad. In my opinion at least.

Shouldnt have to think hard on that one. Shady merchants , hidden cross-sales = more profit for visa/mc, the shadier the better.

Hidden charges the consumer doesn't know what it is and cant do anything about = $$$$. I bet they call it a stupid tax or pervert tax behind closed doors.

Even if the consumer is smart enough to complain and get his money back , visa doesn't take a hit the merchant does.
