I don't know how this is going to all turn out but when I was in high school my g/f stole her older sisters info ( SS card, etc) and had a real ID made with her pic on it. I know now it's not as easy as that now a days but it can happen. Has anyone thought about that? Today you hear all about people stealing others identity.

From a moral standpoint yes, but from a business standpoint as an industry we get a black eye unless he's found innocent. It sucks, but it is reality.

It was lifted so he can enter the country without being arrested...under the condition that he turns himself in.

I was referring only to that the local yokels that may have done such things.....but its it only being strictly handled by the State and not the Feds??? That was what I was alluding to indirectly.

Nobody in mainstream media is paying attention to this, but the media whore Dirty D wants to make certain that they do.

TAMPA - Officials have arrested a third man they say was involved in filming a nude 17-year-old girl who simulated a sex act.

Michael Allen Storm, also known as "Dirty D," was arrested Tuesday night at 5503 W. Spruce St.

Storm, 44, was arrested on two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance and two counts of promotion of a sexual performance by a child. Last month, investigators arrested Stephen Chastain, 36, and Ryan Holtz, 24, in connection with the film.

The men, who knew the girl was 17, said they would pay her $500 to videotape a simulated sex act at a Tampa home and then took her to an adult club on Lois Avenue, according to Florida Department of Law Enforcement records.

Chastain and Holtz each were charged with two counts of promotion of a sexual performance by child, the FDLE said.

Chastain and Holtz were released after posting bail set at $20,000, according to records.

Storm remains in jail on $200,000 bail

I saw that this morning. Originally when this first went down bail was looking like it would be set at $100k. I guess that's what happens when you keep em' waiting.


I agree. This press conference is the worst idea ever. You have to wonder if the person / people involved are thinking about what's best for Dirty D or what will get them more notoriety for themselves. Personally I can't see anything positive coming out of drawing more public attention to this situation for anyone. :helpme

Just noting that they doubled his bond, which I would guess would be because of D's extended Spanish stay they consider him to be a flight risk.

I wouldn't think with the number of bail bondsman in this town D would be unable to work that out, but the ins and outs of bail bonds is not my strong suit. I think the usual thing is you have to put up 10% as a non-refundable fee, but in higher $$ cases I assume the bondsman is going to want to make sure he's not drawing on a dry well if the client bolts. I perceive D has enough in personal assets that it wouldn't be a problem to secure his release, but really I have no clue. Honestly, I've never known anyone who's had a bond of more than $2k, and in that case they just put up the whole $2k.

Tampa's not exactly in the bible belt. Points north, south and east, yes, but the strip club capital of the country??? No way.

Yeah, it's true Max got railroaded in Tampa, but I think that's the exception and not the rule.

10% is the fee. Dirty D needs to give a bail bondsman $20,000 in cash which he will not get back and he needs assets to secure the other $200,000 - a house with equity is usually required.

Or he can post the $200,000 himself and walk but they keep they money until after trial/plea. Not many people have cash for bail + money for lawyer.

This whole thing is so crazy. I would think that D had already set something up with a bondsman here he's likely still in classifications and being processed

That little bitch should be burned at the stake... I cant count the number of times models have tried to pass me fake ID ... one girl was only 14 years old and showed up in response to a craigslist post with her mothers ID saying she was 32

armchair lawyers - how can you have any opinion on this without knowing the all the facts of the case. he may be being railroaded but if that email that's been posted a bunch of times is real and he knew this girl was 17 because she told him she was in her email then he should go to jail just for being an idiot.

not paying Shoehorn his 300 dollars for the reason DirtyD gave is a little window into the arrogance of this guy - an arrogance that may have played a part in him thinking he didn't have to worry about shooting a 17 year old. how many of us as the Shoehorn thread continued on and on were saying or thinking 'Just pay him the 300 dollars, the damage you're doing to your reputation and business is a thousand times worse than admitting you were wrong even if you don't feel that way'?
