I would like to cover my butt! It is standard practice in the industry to have potential buyers under NDA before releasing the domain of the site. As well, making the domain public may scare off a lot of the companies that are paying this site for ad space. They will get nervous and perhaps pull out because they do not know what will happen once the site sells...Then the business just goes down the tubes (no pun intended!).

If you have the funds, are looking to purchase a tube site that generates income off of private ads, has an alexa ranking of just over 1500 and has unique content, then you should have no problem going through the simple step of having an NDA signed.

To the right buyer it might be worth it. Just because the site currently generates $550K a year doesn't mean it doesn't have the potential to produce more in the hands of another owner.

After taking a look at his tax returns from 2009, the site is actually netting $615K. that is up from $544 Net in 2008.
