    Tube related copyright question

    If you shoot porn and you have porn playing from one of these "user submitted" style tubesites, on a computer screen in the background, are you in violation of copyright in any way?

      Let's put it this way if it was Disney movie, Disney would have no hesitation to sue you. Even if you were filming non-porn.
