I noticed that also. However my "flash" player still seems to stream the movies fine as .mov on my sites. I assumed that maybe they just changed the file extension or something.

MOV files encoded with H264 are usually much higher quality than WMV or AVI. All of my HD videos on the sites I shoot are MOV. Any Windows computer can play these, just need the newest version of QT.
