Depends on if you'd let me "own" the domain or not, and what kind have experience you have building and running a successful tube (or something comparative like a TGP or Link List back in their heyday).

I have bad experiences putting resources into something that somebody else ultimately controls, and I go on their good faith to get what I'm promised, when I'm promised. There needs to be real accountability with consequences if promises/claims aren't met, and I just don't see how that's possible without ultimately having control of the domain.
