I hate Tim Burton movies. I liked Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands, but all the other movies look the same to me. I can't really explain why, they just do. And Batman? Planet of the Apes? What the hell were those? Tim Burton's Batman movies were just as corny as the original series, except they were NO FUN. And Planet of the Apes was just a mess. Good make-up, but thats about it.

From what I hear... but don't know without seeing it...
Story has nothing to do with Alice in Wonderland or Through the Looking Glass as I understand it and that means it just won't be what I was hoping for but instead I guess it is supposed to be more like typical Hollywood stuff. (good vs bad guys, big cgi climactic battle, yawn, you know the rest...)
