It would vary depending on state law. I don?t know what Florida?s law is regarding this type of stuff. In a lot of states it woulden't matter except when it comes to the sentencing phase. This type of issue comes up a lot in age of consent cases where the girl tells the guy she is legal to have sex with, but then after the deed is over he finds out she isn?t and sometime later angry parents turn him in to the law for popping their daughter?s cherry. Guess who usually gets fucked in a case like that? Hint it isn't the girl that lied about her age.

If he did it then he deserves what the law will give. If he didn't then as always he should be considered innocent until proven guilty. Personally I think he's the role model for the typical sleaze that people stereo type all of adult as.

However with that said I hope he's innocent and is able to prove it in a court of law. What is really fucking pathetic though is other people in this biz on this very board trying to make a buck off of this situation. A good defense atty should be able to keep his prior offenses out of the court room as they do not relate to this charge and could potentially taint the jury's opinion of him.

From what I have read, and based on what others have posted, a fake id never came into play. The email response to her letter advised her to borrow a friend's ID that was over 18 and bring that to the shoot with her. When she was filling out her release it is alleged she asked infront of all parties involved something to the effect of, "Do I fill in my own information or do I put what is on the ID?" to which she claims she was instructed to fill out the forms using her friend's information.

I'm not saying FMLTube isn't a scumbag, truthfully it seems the root of the issues between FML and D go deeper than this scandal and getting a law enforcement agency involved to settle a personal vendetta is beyond low- BUT if these allegations are true D has no one to blame but himself.

1. You don't shoot minors, ever

2. If you ARE stupid enough to fuck around, and you are willing to put everyone you work with at risk, you don't communicate it in writing (this girl's email reads like a "To catch a predator" sting)

3. If your ass is exposed and someone who has deep seeded issues against you calls you out on it, don't tell them to go shit in the ocean
