Hey;

I get hit by a drunk driver, and want to know if she has any prior record for DUI.

The county this happened in says they cannot release info to me, but I thought you could get that off the interwebs, in fact I thought I saw a free site that had that info, any one recall a site like thta?

don't know of anything like that. Have you tried searching google? or is this the first place you thought you'd ask?

Well, if the drunk bitch who hit me has priors, then we are talking punative damages, but if not then I'm not going to get a lawyer, so I cannot use a lawyer to fidn that out for me.
