let your insurance company fight with them, your just wasting your time, they won't do anything unless someone bigger than they are pushes them to. They have insurance to cover shit like this but unless you watched it fall off the lift or something they are going to deny it and the only way to deal with it is through insurance companies..

Tell them either they take care of it or you are going to have to file a report with the police in order to start your claim with the insurance company.

you should pay for the body work with a stolen credit card.. this way you get it at a price you can afford, and the insurance premium which you can't pay doesn't go up even further making it even further out of reach.
