I'm totally serious and so pissed off at myself for letting this go so long. Rich from my office had the EXACT same problem when he got rid of adium and reinstalled ICQ. Like 100+ missed icq messages showed up

Adium just doesn't cache offline messages like ICQ, that's all.

Adium rules and I won't hear a fucking cross word about it.

For anyone using Adium, Got this from Xapster http://adium.im/beta/, who said he had the same issue.. I logged into ICQ last week and found 58 messages stuck there, that Adium didnt pick up. apparently the 1.4 b17 works.. just updated this morning and got messages from last night, from people that I was talking to this morning.. so far, it looks promising. But I will still load up the ghetto ICQ version created in 2002 to verify on a regular basis.
