Ive found out that a domain is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Which oviously isnt 2.5k.

A domain is worth how much money you can do with it, i usually buy and sell domain, so i know the value of this domain, and 2.5/3.0K is an honest price if you look around...amateur niche is one of most convert niche actually, look at exgf.

I think the guy was right about the domain that has worth what someone is willing to pay for it. You didnt agree and thats why you were bumping this thread for 4 or 5 months..

I don't live selling domains. It's not necessary for me sell this domain in short time, so if i receive a good offer i could think to sell it, althought i'll continue to bump this thread.
I received 1.5K some months ago, but i didn't sell it, so i don't know why i should sell for 1K
