Of course. He's on everyday. Plus he has ICQ. There is no way he would'nt get back to you and anyone in this industry who knows a thing or two would firmly agree.

I'm Duke Dollars affilate #36 (or thereabouts) and I agree with this message.

Although I have very little "extreme" traffic and only generate a few hundred bucks per (good) week for DD, Sherm (disclaimer - whom I've actually known in a casual fashion for a very long time) always responds to my requests promptly - most often immediately. Sherm actually responds to me quicker than a few of the webhosts I use.

Mark Tiara hooked me up with - and got me exited about - DD, but Sherm is an affiliate rep who is above reproach.

In the dozen years I've been in this business, Mark, Sherm, Michael O and Phatservers support would be the people I most respect. And The Duke himself. The man knows how to convert and retain.

As far as trust goes in this business, the DD crew is at the top of my list. I could go on for hours on how well this team has treated me in the last six years or so.

And I don't even make them much money.
