I am looking for a couple of companies who are seriously interested in getting some legal amateur GF content for themselves. Ultimately, I really would just like to work with one or two companies on this. However, that will vary based on need(s).

Around 80% of the girls who contact me (50-100 a week) right now are going to waste. Most are college girls looking for extra money, and not all are interested in toe sucking or tickling material. Go figure... Right now, many are turned away (until I get this modeling site done) as I have no work for them.

A number of different ideas have been throw at me on how to use the overflow of potential girls. However, I am not interested in the GF niche in any way for myself. I really only care about the stuff I shoot for my own interests, and have no need to expand. However, if profitable and minimal grief, I would not mind helping another company who wants cheap content for this market.

In the past week I have heard everything from shooting the girls at $50.00 per interview and shooting this content, to semi exclusive, referrals, dating site profiles, and so forth. I am really looking for only one or two serious company/people to work with on this.

I am going to start shooting more content this week, and already have a number of interviews set up. So the sooner I have something in place for the overflow, the better.

I have something like 7-10 colleges within a 30-45 mile radius. It is a big college area, and this economy has the girls off the hook applying for work.

Those who are seriously interested will have script ideas for the girls, cameras, and budget ready to go. Including the details. Those include, if they are looking for non-nude teaser, fetish, type stuff. Or if they are looking for more hardcore or toys, masturbation, nudity material. Additionally, I am not looking for single scene deals.

There are a number of different ways to take advantage of the overflow in girls, especially since I can get most less expensive then other areas, however it has to be worth my time. I have probably heard a dozen different ideas in the past week. From casting couch GF type sites, dating, profiles, DVD, only pictures, pictures and video, whatever.

That said, I do not need to work for 12 masters. One or two with the interest, and budget, will do nicely.

Good to hear.

A lot of interest, but most who've contact me are all over the page in what they want. Or they just want some referrals. I need specifics. Plus it has to be worth my time. I am not interested in shooting for 10 companies. One or two will do if the offer's right.

More work for the girls. More volume for me. Win-win.

One other thing I should mention... I do not shoot males of any kind. So that will not be an option. Just throwing that out there for those who have asked me about hardcore stuff. I am not interested in shooting hardcore B/G anything no matter the price.

Well, it was you who got me thinking on this idea. Well, that and the social networks starting to taper off.

I need to centralize all my models into one site for communication purposes, but also allows me to hook up my buddies who need first crack at some fresh, cheap, talent from the midwest.

As for this other ex-gf stuff. It is not for me. Not interested in the content, or niche. But being able to put more girls to work is advantageous for my company and myself. Make some extra money, with minimal grief, and push more volume.

Dude, where do you live where you get 50 - 100 girls a WEEK contacting you for work?

Plus you have to remember that I shoot mostly NON-NUDE. That makes a HUGE difference when you are recruiting women champ. It is not to say some will not do nude, because I have found them and done some scenes. But the bulk of my content is NO MALES and NO NUDITY.

When I first started the productions company, I would get around 12-25 a week contacting me. Now, I am getting no less than 50, when actively recruiting, and as high as 75-100 other weeks. Especially at the beginning of the semesters, and summer. My only real down time, or where is is low, would be around the holidays. End of November through mid Jan.

Recruiting chicks to do any kind of porn, soft or hard, is a science. Ask anyone who shoots content. After a few thousand interviews, over the better part of a decade, and many many revisions to ad copy you learn.

If it were that easy to get ANY chicks to do this work, then everyone on this board would buy a camera and be doing it. The initial ad, how you word the correspondence, your demo site examples, the pictures in those examples, the build up to the interview, the interview it's self, how you conduct and interview, the way you pay them. All plays into it.

Unless you are one of the bigger dudes who just use agencies. Then it is much easier, and that is why they pay those booking fees. No time to play catch and release with 18, 19, and early 20's crowd.

The fact remains. I easily get more girls then I could possibly ever shoot in a month, and for those with the budget and interested in this content, this is a sweet deal for them. They can even pay for exclusive and get it cheaper then semi.
