yes his idea has been done before - but to say it has so little creativity in my mind means you're an idiot. Look at the episodes - they are HUGELY creative and all different. They are fantastically done. I have no idea about bad things in his rep in the so-cal industry. I have heard good things though, and professionally you're the first to say bad things that i'm aware of- yet you dont' say what they are. I think since arrests have been made it's probably safe to assume the state has some pretty clear evidence she was under 18 years of age at the time the content was produced.

One - I never said 2257Safe.com would have prevented what happened. All I said is that 2257Safe.com would allow anyone, including Dirty D, to be able to access his records from anywhere in the world if LE executes a search and seizes their records.
Two - I said no one knows for sure about the content or whether the model in question used a fake ID - except for Dirty D and his IT people. What I did say is that IF it is CP it will come down. Thats the law.

LOL. Naa. Dan has his own studio. It is funny how he and Chico do share a lot of the same similarities and never met each other. Dan unlike Chico can put the Porno Dan character down and is very smart.
Porno Dan does his thing with Jim Powers(who i respect a lot) and i do my thing in our separate studios but we do catch lunch and dinner a few times a week. Great guy, really smart guy and a wealth of information Dan is. This guy does the work of 5 guys when it comes to running Immoral Productions. One of the hardest working guys in porn. I work Saturdays and Sundays in the office on my non shooting days, i call Dan for lunch, he is always in the office working. I know if you or your brother met him during the work week you would really have a better impression of him.
