If I want to look at all the domains that are for sale with a particular word. What is the best website to search? This is a mainstream domain I am after.

Sedo.com is the best place to start. Some others are Afternic.com, Tdnam.com, Pool.com, etc...- Free Premium Domain Lists and Tools at Clickmojo.com

A couple others not mentioned are SnapNames.com and NameJet.com. Brujah is right though - with Sedo being the largest marketplace, that's usually the best place to start. Hit http://www.webmasterinter.net/snapnames.com , pick adult category and you'll get tons of good expired stuff for 70$, often domains that are 10-15 yrs old., enjoyComment
