Well, I'm definitely NOT one of the "GFY Detectives". But all these emails from this girl just seems strange to me. I do understand the anger of the 3 or 4 people on here who at one time or another had business dealings that went bad with DirtyD. That's a personal issue for them.
But I have been amazed at how this Kelsie Cummings girl has seemingly sent out emails to everybody in the world regarding this shoot. And we've even seen the copy/paste of emails that are a couple of years old!
I personally get so many business emails everyday that I delete them constantly...not spam, but real business emails.
So it seems to me that if anybody was keeping all these old emails about some girl who since then has shot for everybody and their brother, then they have an agenda. And if not...then how do any of us know that these emails are real? And who are all these people and what do they DO exactly in the porn biz? And if it's nothing...then what was the purpose of this girl to send them all these emails?

I have an adult industry news blog that I've had for over two years. Kelsie sent it to me and the other blogs. But that email from her was from last year. The woman sending out emails to the blogs now isn't Kelsie. Her name is Brittney. I haven't had contact with Kelsie since last year.Comment

If someone wronged you and told you it was legal for you to be in a porn movie while underage all because you're married, wouldn't you do everything possible to hurt him back and tell everyone in his industry what he really is? She wanted to leave and he wouldn't let her. She eventually got away and called her husband. She then gets harassed and threatened with everyone laying the blame on her. She was 17, married, and has a child. She was only doing porn to support her baby. But she was told she was porn "legal" because she was married. Pretty much anywhere in the world, a girl is deemed legal if she's married. So her believing she was porn legal because she was married is very possible for someone that young to believe.Comment

This one person also quote news supplied by himself under different names using various nicknames.

I don't know the answer to that. I do know that she won't be getting any work anytime soon from all of this coming out. And I'm still not sure how she got "wronged". Sounds to me like she was looking to get into porn and did. But how on Earth did she ever even FIND your blog? I've been in this business going on 3 decades and never heard of you or any of those other blogs. Not saying that in a malicious way, just saying it's a big internet. So how the heck did this 17 year old girl who wanted to be in porn find all these blogs?
Are you sure that SHE is the one who wrote you? For all you know it could have been that fmltube person who is on a vendetta. All I know is...this is the internet. None of this stuff has been vetted and confirmed. And reading the blog post and this email only tells me what somebody wrote in an email to you.
That doesn't mean it's really what happened at all.
And didn't I read that Dirty D had already announced that the girl had used a fake id a long time ago and sent out word to all affiliates about it?
Something just isn't adding up here.
I think you should do a little further investigating and perhaps write another blog post with these same points that I am making. Who is the one bringing all this up? And what is their agenda?
Seems like a far more interesting story than rehashing something that was already disclosed a while back. You find out that info and that's something that I and a couple of thousand of How I Got Rich affiliates would love to read.
This whole thing has ended up costing a lot of affiliates a lot of money since the cops seized his stuff. And at this time in history with piracy all but killing sales...it is NO good for affiliates to be losing a sponsor who does convert.-Robbie

Why would she worry about getting work when she's not in the porn industry anymore?
She was wronged because she was told it was legal when it wasn't. They also wouldn't let her leave when she wanted to. And she was getting threatened after.
You've never heard of the other blogs? You've never heard of Gene Ross at ********, Scott Fayner, LukeIsBack, LukeFord.com, and Mike South? You don't read their blogs which have been around for years and the people behind them for decades? You don't read the blogs in your own industry and know what's happening in your own industry?
Many don't know who I am which is understandable of course. I've been mentioned in all those blogs, had stories run in all except Mike South's blog, and contributed at Scott Fayner's former blog and occasionally at LukeIsBack.
She found our blogs because she knew which sites to go to and who would run what she had to say.
How exactly would you know if any of this has been vetted and confirmed? You're in my mind now and the minds of all the other writers?
Of course Dirty D says she used a fake ID. Do you really expect him to say he's an underage pornographer?
What am I rehashing that the others here aren't? It's in the news now about how he will be arrested when he returns to the United States. I looked at every page of this post and Kelsie's own email wasn't posted yet. So I posted it.
So all you care about is losing money with these affiliates? Dirty D knowingly hired an underage girl which would cost the industry far more money than it is now. Because if he was never caught, he might still continue hiring more underage girls and the Traci Lords scandal would be a distant memory in the age of the internet with Dirty causing an even bigger scandal.Comment

i think she was more pissed off at D for telling her the talent would be tested, then shawn and ryan rounded a bunch of regular theater trolls that hang out in the theaters for his male talent which obviously were not tested talent. then when she tried to leave the theater, D grabbed her by the arm and took her back into the booth. she got out of there asap and started a scene to be allowed to call her hubby to pick her up. then d shorted her on her money, on of top of everything else...would that give you a warm fuzzy feeling if you were her? or would you try to cause the asshole that put you in that position as much grief as you could for fucking you over. the deal with the un tested talent that she was told were tested performers is some pretty serious shit. what adult actress would put up with some asshole producer pulling that shit. try that crap with jenna jameson one time, she would sue you broke and out you to the whole industry for it, especially after she already sucked off a few of the un tested theater trolls.SIG TOO BIG! Darrah of course I knew of Luke Ford back 10 years ago. And I've known and worked with Mike South since the mid 1990's.
And no, I don't read their blogs to know about my own business because I am in this business. I wouldn't take any of the things in any blog as gospel.
My point was...this girl didn't do all of this. this is obviously someone else on a mission here. And either you didn't realize that when you posted your blog and didn't bother to ask the right questions...or else you have an agenda for this too.

A warrant is now out for his arrest while two others have been arrested, charged, and released on bail. So it's back in the news again for everyone to talk about again.
I did ask questions. I never ran anything last year when all the emails made the rounds on the blogs. This year I ran them.
I have no agenda. It's a story.
The one who brought the government and authorities into this is Dirty D and the others arrested. When you have people like that around, they're the ones waving that flag to the authorities. The people who have lost money should lay the blame on Dirty. He broke the law and should be run out of the industry because it's people like him that the mainstream use to portray the rest of the legitimate industry in a bad light.
I don't know much about fmltube and converting programs. That's not my thing really.
You really think what's happening is to bring down the industry and shut it down for good? This isn't a religious agenda. An underage girl was knowingly hired for a porn shoot.Comment

You guys are making this much more complicated than it is. It's a simple case. If the girl was under the age of 18 at the time the videos was shot, he's screwed. Basically you find out the date she was shot and what her age was at the time, and that's it.Comment

yeppers, he also posts as flfholes and I have been told he has a couple of fake nics here as well. The farewell posts made made under the nic flfholes/fmltube on another board signed that farewell speech as Britteny, so either fmltube/flfholes is Brittney or he is letting her use his system in Port Richey......I highly doubt it was Brittney
I find it real funny he tucked tail and ran for the hills when you threatened to post all his personal info if he continued to harass your Family. Good job
