According to an arrest warrant, Chastain and Michael Storm, also known as "Dirty D," were present when Holtz asked the girl if she had her fake identification. Storm, 44, gave her a release form to sign and said he knew she was only 17, the warrant states. Chastain said he would pay her $500.

They then filmed two videos, one at the house and the other at Fantasy Land Adult Video, FDLE officials said.

Chastain was arrested by Tampa police, and Holtz was arrested by St. Petersburg police Wednesday. Both were released on $20,000 bail.

State records list Chastain as chief executive of the Lone Knight Productions Inc., which he registered in Florida in 2005.

At this point it does not matter because the charges are filed. Can you imagine facing a Florida jury for something like this? Many of those people in the jury will be bible thumpers and will will automatically convict anyone who is paying young women in their commuity to do porn.
