With Danielles Parlour we are converting at 1:487 for February - January was 1:381. We did have a slow start to February but it has picked back up and converting as normal.
We have just upped the number of weekly updates to 3 - all updates are exclusive. Retention is great as Danielle is very interactive with her members via members chat 5 days per week, weekly 1 hr live show, private emails, IM, members live voyeur cam (Not 24/7 only when she is about and in chat etc), request shoots etc...
Members also get Free access to CamZ live Shows and HouseCamZ as well as archived private one on one shows.
New for affiliates - we now offer members private one on one shows on the site using our own biller as well as custom video purchases, wish list etc - affiliates get their revshare of 50% from every purchase made on the site by your sign up as it is all run through our payment processor Epoch. All affiliate payments are handled and paid directly by Epoch, so you are always guaranteed to get paid.
Our other site Tropical Island Productions Video Clip Download the conversion ratio is at 1:576. Once again affiliates get their 50% revshare for all video downloads as well as custom video orders.
Both sites are run through Epoch and linked so affiliates get paid no matter where your sign up goes.
We don't have that many affiliates, but the number is growing and the ones promoting us are making money. We only started our affiliate program last year and are pleased with the results thus far.

Tropical Island Productions has been online since Oct 2009 and is doing well.
