Now, here's another way to think of it: If a fag gave you a lot of money to provide a service, would you do the work? Yes. Because, it's the dollar amount of the sale that matters.

So, what happens is that some customers are fags, and you have to sell to them, too. Something like that.

Could it be discrimination of some kind if you refuse to sell to fags? Maybe.

That actually is not the case at all it is all in the mastery of the terminology and for lack of a better word the way you "coddle" them, being a woman this comes naturally and I write gay reviews everyday.

Always remember when you're writing for gay content:

why don't' you get some of the big gay program owners in here to comment on their thoughts - they are the ones that matter on this topic - your or my opinion on that topic is meaningless to be honest.

To seriously answer your question: No.

However, it does help. Just like a guy that know the tits niche knows what to say to drive conversions, a gay guy is going to know what turns on the gay surfers.

A straight guy can write a bareback scene description. That doesn't mean he's going to use the right words and focus on what matters. The problem here would be that the surfer is looking for authentic stuff and if the scene description is generic and doesn't focus on what they want, they they're going to assume the content doesn't, either.
