No that is not how it went down. We thought the rights were given to the old owners by the legal copyright holder. We did not find out until later the person we got the rights from was in question then we stopped offering them.

We represent over 25000 titles from over 150 studios. We do everything we can to make sure the rights give to use are legal and by the copyright holder. We have been selling content for over 10yrs and this 31 titles has only been the issue we have every had.

It sucked, we resolved it and we moved on learning from the error.
