So all it takes is someone saying contact me (insert someone else's email or icq) and that automaticly makes it their fake nic. Don't know either of them, but I'd be damn sure I had more evidence before I posted and trashed someone's name

actually these last two don't really help him.

a fake nickname would mean fake alter ego.

there is evidence here if one digs deeper to prove without a doubt if it is BF or not.

Can someone please tell me how this thread does not go against this rule? It seems there is no solid proof, and so wild accusations that cannot be substantiated were made.

You should probably have done that prior to starting the thread.

The accusation is backed by Eric who warned BF in the Black Widow ban thread.

I backed it up with proof posted on GFY.... burden falls to the evidence.

They were not wild ungrounded accusations. There is references.


I'm very close to retracting it but I'd like a little more digging before I do.

there was more than enough evidence to go public with it.

to make a comparison - if this was in the real world - an arrest would have been made - and that would have gone public. where we are now.

now is what I see as the trial.

if BF fails to defend himself - he's going to look guilty. Simply saying I didn't do it or the proxies don't match doesn't cut it. the evidence is reasonable. people get convicted and set up all the time by others and have to defend themself. Shit I have it happen to me all the time - every week. People sign up with fake credit card accounts on my name, spam, and do all kinds of illegal things implicating me. I've actually had police investigations on such. I was presumed guilty and had to prove my innocence. the idea of innocent till proven guilty is bullshit - when evidence is strong against you - you look guilty and public perception is you are. deal with it.

If BF is guilty - he'll run. Guilty people never want a microscope on them.

If he's innocent he'll properly stand up for himself and not let this go down. If I get enough evidence to prove to me he was set up , I'll publicly retract this accusation and apologize to him. I'm close but I'm not there yet.
