I used to buy a lot of Brazilian traffic about five or six years ago for some sites. It cost next to nothing and was great feeder traffic for tgps etc.
That's the only thing I think it was good for.

I only get clicks from brazil, but they don´t actually buy anything, argentina is full of sites that give sponsors content for free (ex:poringa.net) and in other countries they mostly buy webcams except from mexico where they seem to buy a lot of porn. thats my experience of course it might be a lot different from others.
