    Godaddy is down. I need to register a domain. Who do you recommend?

    Godaddy error message:

          I recommend refreshing after 5 minutes. Domains are their bread and butter and I don't expect their website to be down for very long.

But if you don't care, they are the cheapest, period. There is ALWAYS a coupon you can use to get $6.99 domains or whatnot...

                                                                                                  I've never seen godaddy gone for long and lord knows they probably get attacked plenty. Give em a few minutes. I wouldn't go running off to their competitors for a short outage.

                                                                                                          They are only 20 cents cheaper then moniker,and on moniker when domain expire it still working while on godaddy go instantly to parking page.

                                                                                                              Moniker is about a $1.50 cheaper than namecheap for bare bones reg.

                                                                                                              $8.02 to $9.69 or so.

                                                                                                              Been moving to Moniker the last couple months and very happy with everything.
