it's true, in a lot of cases it can be a seasonal thing and during winter people overall are less active, get less vitamin d, etc..

I firmly believe it has A LOT to do with our food. The shit we're pumping into our bodies and thus our brains is scary.

Here's my take - if I were a psychiatrist then the last intention I would ever have is to fix people.

The only thing that will bring me money is to fuck people up, make them overly introspective and make them come back and pay me $ anytime their subconscious mind tells them they have an "issue".

Personally, I would never ever take an anti depressant, pills for sleep etc. as I'm afraid that these things can just trigger an addiction or fuck you up even more.

Most issues can be dealt strictly using common sense and support of those that are closest to you.

Now there also exists a real depression, this is not something that would come and go, it's symptoms are:

- low blood pressure
- you can't get rested even if you oversleep
- hard to concentrate
- feeling dumb as the brain acts tired all the time, creativity is gone

Your energetic system is fucked, you are fucked, so there is no wonder that you're not feeling exactly like hanging out because you just can't.

One can quite easily recognize real depression and fake depression though.

IT'S A FAD!

Tony Robbins had his decade. Now Bristol-Meyers-Squibb is having theirs.
